Chauncey Southworth is the Chief Executive Officer of Cross Screen Media, a convergent TV company that operates at the intersection of data, advertising, and politics. He leads a team that supports both national brands and political campaigns by delivering precision planning, targeting, and measurement across every screen—from broadcast to CTV, desktop, and mobile.

Since joining the company in its early stages, Chauncey has held multiple roles across ad operations, customer success, and revenue leadership. In 2025, he stepped into the CEO role, bringing a deep understanding of the business from the ground up. Prior to Cross Screen, he was on the ad team at Targeted Victory, one of the most influential digital agencies in political media.

Chauncey is also an active operator within the 1903 Group, a holding company focused on building companies at the convergence of media, data, and technology. In this ecosystem, he works closely on special projects, cross-company integration, and supporting capital allocation strategy.

From campaign strategy to data infrastructure to high-growth team management, Chauncey’s work centers on execution—with a bias toward clarity, scale, and measurable impact.
